Alder: Cabinet Color

Cabinet Color is a 66.6% Clear Two Face cuttings grade.

Cabinet Color grade Alder is a better quality grade which is graded for two face cuttings. It is best used in applications where both faces are seen like chair backs, cabinet doors, etc. The only difference between Cabinet Color and regular Cabinet is that it will have discoloration from sticker shadow, blue stain, and various other occurrences.

Cutting Specs: 
  • 3" x 6' (76mm x 1.83m), or 4" x 24" (101mm x 610mm)
  • No limit to the number of cuttings allowed

Cabinet Color admits all boards two square feet and over surface measure, yielding no less than 66.6% Clear Two Face cuttings.

Side bend is limited to 1" (25mm). Pin knots are not considered defect.
