Marlin Langworthy started his hardwood career in production at Cascade in 2005 and moved into the sales office shortly thereafter. As the most senior salesperson, Marlin knows nearly all the Cascade domestic customer base and works with all the reps on difficult questions Marlin excels in building strong and ongoing business relationships and never stops trying to satisfy customer needs. Through his experience Marlin has built the ability to match Alder grades with applications as he understands all the processes manufacturing companies take in making cabinets, furniture, fixtures, mouldings and millwork. If it is in the woods, he has caught it/shot it. In the summer, some calls are taken on the course as Marlin has the best golf handicap on the sales team. He is Liz’s biggest challenge.
